This limited 4th of July bundle is built for warm summer nights: bottles to open after the BBQ, around the table, on the porch, in the backyard, or wherever the evening keeps going. It’s a little moodier than the classic BBQ bundle: Sicilian red, salty Sicilian white, and a textured Georgian Orange.
It’s less about the big meal and more about the long hang: snacks, leftovers, music, fireworks, friends, and one more glass.

Il Censo 2018 “700” Nero d’Avola Terre Siciliane Rosso
A serious but generous Sicilian red with dark fruit, earth, herbs, and structure. The bottle to open when the burgers, sausages, grilled meats, or smoky vegetables are still making the rounds.
Mortellito 2023 “Cala Iancu” Terre Siciliane Bianco
A fresh, salty, coastal Sicilian white with citrus, stone fruit, and a savory mineral edge. Great with seafood, grilled vegetables, salads, chips, dips, and lighter summer dishes.
Anapea 2024 Vardisperi Rkatsiteli
A textured, aromatic Georgian Orange with a coppery/amber feel, floral notes, citrus peel, herbs, and a little grip. Ideal for the snack table, cheeses, grilled chicken, spiced dishes, and late-night sipping.
