Refund policy

NO RETURNS — STORE CREDIT ONLY

All wine sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on wine purchases.

Faulted Wine:
If you believe a bottle is corked or otherwise faulted, please return it within 7 days with the original receipt and at least two-thirds of the wine remaining. If confirmed, we will issue store credit.

Non-Wine Returns:
All non-wine items may be eligible for store credit within 14 days of purchase, with proof of receipt and if the item is unused and in original condition. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
