A light and easy Rhône-style blend. Great with a full chill, but also wonderful at cellar temp. The Grenache is vinified with carbonic maceration, bringing freshness and lift.

A light peppery natural red blend. Whole cluster Grenache from Zabala Vineyard, carbonic for a week, blended with Mourvedre and Cinsault rose from Lodi. Cherry cola, pink peppercorn, blackberry. Light with real depth.

Don't chill this one. Cellar temp, something braised, nowhere to be. Great with short ribs, mushroom pasta, or roasted lamb.
