Bitouzet Prieur's Bourgogne Rouge comes from a single vineyard — a lieu-dit called Petit Près situated immediately below village-level Volnay, on the slope. With no new wood, it presents straightforward fruit with a spice-tinged minerality. You’ll find Volnay’s signature silkiness here, supported by a mineral backbone and ethereal purple fruits.
