A weightier riesling from our estate vineyard. Lots of savory aromatics. Grassy, chamomile tea, and green apple fruit cocktail.

Approach:Grapes are foot trodden in their picking bins, before being pressed for an extended period of time. The wine is fermented in 500L neutral oak puncheons, as well as stainless steel drums. Bottled in the spring.
