Vermouth ‘Belle Epoque’ is made from 100% Cortese and undergoes a 10-day maceration with added sugar and alcohol added to reach 16.5%. It’s then aged for one month with herbs and spices and immediately filtered before bottling, with a small dose of sulfites added at bottling.
