Tasting Notes: This wine opens up with Jurassic's signature mineral scented nose, followed by peach skin, candle wax and dried flowers. On the palate, an almost architectural streak of acidity adds poise and length to flavors of almond paste, dried herbs and peach all of which carry throught to a long, complex finish in a light phenolic style.
