Nom de Zeus!!! is a young vines IGP Val de Loire that undergoes carbonic maceration in stainless steel and is bottled without the addition of SO2. The carbonic process results in just a whisper of tannin,so you can serve as cool or cold as you like without worrying about activating any astringency on the finish. 

The name is a reference to the movie Back to the Future. "Nom de Zeus!!!" is how they translated "Great Scott!" in the French-subtitled version of the movie.
