The grapes are handpicked from different vineyards located on mid-slopes with eastern orientation to the sun and a very intense Atlantic influence (only 15 km from the ocean). The Bical is harvested in the beginning of September, and the Arinto is harvested 2 –3 weeks later. Whole cluster fermentation.

A true expression of our dynamic Atlantic region- a blend of native grape varieties from limestone soils. It is fresh, fruit-driven with a nice lemony and iodine finish. Great with all kinds of seafood.
