The VGW is the 00 Wines flagship Willamette Valley Chardonnay blend that showcases the imprint of the vintage. Sourced from historic acclaimed vineyards in the four corners of the valley: Seven Springs, Chehalem Mountain, Koosah, Shea and Quailhurst.

Made by the "Black Chardonnay Method": pre-press foot crush and overnight skin contact, followed by a long press cycle for maximum phenolic extraction. No sulfites are added to the press pan and the juice goes immediately into barrel. Twelve months in barrel on the lees with no bâtonnage, then six months finished in stainless steel on the fine lees.

Widely regarded as a classic and exceptional vintage, the 2024 growing season saw a slightly wetter than average start. This gave way to a warm summer, then a cooler fall full of crisp nights, allowing the grapes to ripen gently. This vintage for 00 Wines finds the perfect balance of body and elegance.
