Tinto Roble Federico was aged for eight months in American oak barrels, then aged in stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation and maceration at a controlled temperature of 20-22°C.
Good structure, balanced, and flavorful. The tannins from its medium aging are noticeable. It has a good persistence. Velvety with marked hints of vanilla.
