Vineyards & Viticulture: Nat Cool is about producing low-intervention, terroir driven wines from indigenous varietals. Average vine age 40-100 years.

Soils: Calcareous clay

Harvest & Vinification: From various old vineyard blocks and was fermented in stainless steel for 5 weeks, with carbonic maceration. After undergoing malolactic fermentation and some ageing in these stainless steel tanks, the wine was bottled unfiltered.
