The I Vigneri di Salvo Foti "Vinudilice" Etna Rosato is a unique and captivating rosé from the Etna region, crafted by Salvo Foti, a winemaker deeply committed to the traditional practices of Mount Etna's viticulture. The grapes come from a historic, high-altitude vineyard situated at nearly 1,300 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest vineyards in Europe. The vineyard, called "Vigna Bosco", is set amidst a forest of oak and chestnut trees, adding to the distinct character of the wine. The Vinudilice is made from a rare blend of indigenous varieties, including Alicante, Grecanico, and Minnella, among others.

The wine reveals aromas of wild strawberries, rose petals, and a touch of Mediterranean herbs, reflecting the unique terroir and volcanic influence. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with lively acidity and a pronounced minerality that lends depth to its elegant profile.
