An extremely long and gentle maceration (three months in 100-year-old casks) imparts incredible depth and texture to this elegant expression of the Jura's three main red grapes. Still, it's light on its feet, with bright and crunchy red fruit notes and tangy minerality.

The 'DD' is Stéphane's homage to his father, Andre who established the Domaine in 1962, when Tissot reds were more typical Jura blends. An extremely long and gentle maceration process imparts a tender yet robust structure with broad tannins, a delightful and unexpected texture for such a light wine. It is lively and joyous with bright cherry, raspberry, and crunchy plum, with a fierce minerality.
