The 'DD' is Stéphane's homage to his father, Andre who established the Domaine in 1962, when Tissot reds were more typical Jura blends. An extremely long and gentle maceration process imparts a tender yet robust structure with broad tannins, a delightful and unexpected texture for such a light wine. It is lively and joyous with bright cherry, raspberry, and crunchy plum, with a fierce minerality.
