Manual harvest in optimal conditions; maceration and fermentation in thermoregulated concrete vats; short to medium vatting. The purple color is brilliant, of beautiful intensity, with purple reflections. The powerful nose combines aromas of ripe red and black fruits and notes of small sun-drenched berries. On the palate, a frank, complex and suave attack is balanced by a long, harmonious finish. “Le Rouge Cacher” is a generous and warm wine.
