Juicy, textured, and a little unconventional, this Macerated Chardonnay shows off the grape in a different light. The skin contact gives it a fuller mouthfeel, while carbonic maceration brings out fresh tropical notes such as pineapple and mango. We love the way this Chardonnay shows off the creative, fun expression of fruit from Nirenstein.
