Destemmed and fermented on skins for 6 days before pressing. Bottled at approximately 25 g/L residual sugar to complete fermentation naturally in bottle. Disgorged March 2026. No SO2 added. No fining or filtration.

This is not your typical sparkling wine and that is exactly the point. A pét-nat made from Gewürztraminer grown along the Sacramento River, this wine is tropical, exotic, and unlike anything you have had before. Six days on skins give it its pale orange color and a subtle texture that makes it endlessly drinkable. Crack this one open on a Tuesday como una chela. No occasion necessary.
