Tasting Flight - Week of 8/11/25

Hi friends!

This week our tasting flight includes four terroir-driven wines from across Portugal.

First up is a fresh and mineral pet-nat from Dão, a mountainous winemaking region in north-central Portugal that has garnered international renown for its unique, expressive, almost Burgundian wines. The second wine is also from the Dão: a crisp and saline white from Antonio Madeira, one of the leading figures in Portugal’s new generation of natural winemakers. Next up is a light and chillable vinho tinto (red wine) that is actually a blend of both red and white grapes; it comes from the mountainous Trás-os-Montes region in northeast Portugal. The final wine is a lighter red from Cima Corgo, the central zone of Portugal’s famous Douro Valley winemaking region.

We’ll be pouring these special wines all week. As always, it’s $25 for the flight. We hope you have a chance to stop by!
