Tasting Flight - 6/18/25
Hello friends!
This week we’re excited to pour four fun and summery wines born from collaborations in the California wine world.
Two of the bottles are Dia’s very own collabs with Jumbo Time Wines, which we released just a couple weeks ago! The “818-San-Fermento” is an orange wine of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat with an enticing, tropical-fruited nose and a refreshing, balanced palate. Meanwhile, the “Loopy Fruity” chillable red—a blend of Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault—presents vivid aromas of berry fruit and rhubarb and a juicy, quaffable palate.
We’re so happy to also feature two wines produced by Andrea Jaramillo’s Mas Vino Please project in collaboration with Wonderwerk. “Sol y Mar” is a fresh and expressive blend of Albariño, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling with a touch of salty minerality, a perfect summer white wine. “Chismosa", meanwhile, is a one-of-a-kind sparkling wine made from a blend of red and white varieties, all infused with steam-distilled organic rose geranium hydrosol. It’s one of our absolute favorites!
