A rare 100% Chardonnay from Beaujolais. The grape accounts for only about 3% of the vineyards in Beaujolais, but is slowly making a resurgence thanks to producers like Thevenet.

Rounder than a white Burgundy, with lighter texture, but still has enough structure and acidity to pair with a wide range of foods. Citrus forward, with floral aromatics and pretty minerality.
