Moretto’s Lambrusco is the perfect pizza wine. Exuberantly frothy, this fizzy red smells so irresistibly fresh and fruity that I could fill a pool with it and splash around in utter bliss—provided there are also little rafts with floating pizzas. Crisp acid plus a brisk, earthy tannin make for an ultra-pure, clean finish that pops. Serve it cool and gulp away with its 11.5% alcohol, there is no reason to hold back.
