Tasting Flight - Week of 8/25/25

Hi friends,

With LA (and the Valley in particular!) hitting near-record temps these past few days, we thought we'd pour a flight of heat wave-friendly wines this week.

We start with a lively and refreshing pet nat of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc from Bergerac, France, then move to a crisp and mineral-driven white wine of Nosiola from the Trentinto-Alto Adige region of northern Italy. Next is a light and juicy expression of Grenache and Cinsault from South Africa, and last is a sun-baked and rustic red from Corsica—a perfect barbecue wine.

It's $25 to taste through the flight, and you can do it anytime! Hope to see you this week.
