Tasting Flight - Week of 10/13/25

Hi friends,

This week we’re heading to the Eastern Mediterranean for our wine flight! We start with two wines from Greece: a crisp and mineral Assyrtiko, then a rustic orange wine from another of the country's major white grape varieties, Roditis. From there, we move to Cyprus to taste a fresh and soulful Cabernet Franc from ungrafted, bush-trained vines. The flight ends with a palate-cleansing splash of bubbles in the form of a lively pét nat of Cinsault from high-elevation vineyards in Lebanon. Super unique stuff!
