Tasting Flight - Week of 2/2/26

Hi all!

For our tasting flight this week, we're pouring some shop favorites from across France. We start with two bottlings from Javernand, who operate in Burgundy and Beaujolais: their bright and joyful "Java" pet nat rosé of Gamay, and their clean and balanced Mâcon Chardonnay. After that, you'll taste two wonderful biodynamic wines from southern France: an expressive and layered rosé from Provence, and a pure and joyful Cabernet Sauvignon from Languedoc-Roussillon.
