Tasting Flight - Week of 11/17/25

Le Beaujolais nouveau est arrivé!

In celebration of Beaujolais Nouveau Day, which is on Thursday, we’re pouring an all-Beaujolais tasting flight this week—a perfect line-up of wines to sip on while selecting bottles for your Thanksgiving table.

We start with some festive bubbles in the form of Château de Javernand’s fresh, fun, and food-friendly rosé pét-nat of Gamay. From there, you’ll taste three unique still Gamays from across Beaujolais: legendary producer Jean Foillard’s Beaujolais-Villages, then two Cru Beaujolais bottlings—Gregoire Hoppenot’s “Origines” Fleurie and Château de Javernand’s old-vine Chiroubles.
