Single vineyard Napa fruit from a hillside locale is not often seen in the wild, let alone ORGANIC. Hand farming by the winemakers gives them intimate knowledge of the grapes to make the wine before they are even picked. Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with 9% Merlot, 3% Cab Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot create a balanced wine that is full of violets, herbs, dusty fruit, blackberries, tobacco, chocolate, and incense.
