Made in the same style as your favorite cava or prosecco, this wine combines a portion of 2022 concrete fermented rosé with 2023 barrel fermented rosé. The result? Bright, light, lifted and joyful. Goes great with everything from apple fritters to a pizza pie.

Direct to press with 2022 juice going to concrete and then stainless and 2023 juice going to neutral French oak barrels for fermentation and élevage. Racked from barrel to stainless one month before bottling, with CO2 being produced in pressurized tank before bottling.
