The name SGASS comes from my great passion for motor engines. It is a sparkling wine, where the sapidity of garganega is combined with the high acidity of durella (50 and 50) to create a wine with a great drinkability, thanks to the acidity and freshness: its main strengths.

SGASS is refermented in the bottle with the sole addition of the must from the previous season, stored in a special tank at a temperature of 0 ° for the whole winter and added in the spring for the second fermentation, without the use of yeasts, sugars or other external substances. An easy-to-drink wine, thanks to its acidity and freshness, the defining characteristics which are also its strengths.
