A 100% Cabernet Franc rose made from indigenous yeasts and one month in barrel. A singular rose, vinous and tannic. Light color. Expressive nose of red fruit coulis, jam, spices. Round and gourmet on the palate that expresses itself over the length and ends on a nice spicy side.
