About the Winemaker:

In the heart of the Côte des Bar, I have been cultivating my vines in Biodynamics since 2008. The vineyard is spread over two terroirs: Montgueux, with a plot of Chardonnay facing south on chalk soil, and Buxeuil, where we find mostly Pinot Noir on Kimmeridgian soils, clay-limestone or clay marly. Anxious to give meaning to my profession as a winegrower, I naturally turned to biodynamic agriculture. My primary objective is to vinify authentic, quality wines. The fundamental principle of Biodynamics is to offer the vines a balanced and harmonious environment, the diversity of flora and fauna being a key factor. In terms of winemaking, this means that our methods are also as natural as possible. Biodynamics allows me to produce healthy wines while enhancing the typicity and richness of my grape varieties and my terroirs.
