Vineyard: Enz Vineyard, in Lime Kiln Valley. Located in the heart of the Cienega Valley AVA and known for its concentrated limestone soils. 

Making of: The grapes for this wine were direct pressed once brought into the cellar, and fermented in a neutral French barrel where it rested for 10 months on the lees until being racked and bottled. Unfined and unfiltered, with no adjustments save 10 ppm SO2 added at bottling.

Personality: This wine expresses aromas of freshly squeezed lemons and grapefruit, with a rich and creamy palate of lemon curd and tart peaches.
