Fermented with native yeast - whole clusters - for 13 days and aged for 14 months in 100% neutral oak barrels.  Overripe blackberries with that little bit of spiciness from the seeds and a hint of vanilla.

All the grapes come from the Del Barba Vineyard for the 2021 vintage and all the wine goes through carbonic maceration.
