Notes from the Importer: This riff on old-school Italian Vermouth comes from a small natural winery in Hood River, Oregon. They start with pinot grigio, flavor it with herbs and botanicals, and add a splash of honey from the slopes of Mount Hood. The result is aromatic and surprisingly light, an ideal option for cocktail hour during the summer.
