Auguste Patisserie Pin

This french style rolling pin is turned by hand from sustainably harvested hardwoods. Each pin is made unique with the addition of two decorative polka dot inlays - one of our signature designs. When using the patisserie pin, pressure is applied directly from your hands to the dough, which allows for optimal control. Finished with food grade oil and polished with conditioning wax.
