Cidermaker’s Note: Golden Delicious apples were pressed and then fermented on mourvedre skins that was just pressed off for a Rose. The cider settled for 11 months in neutral oak puncheon. The result is a smooth dry cider with a bouquet of rose and apple blossoms, light but full of flavor with nuances of both fruit in hybrid harmony. Bottled as a still cider to be enjoyed slightly chilled anytime.
