Notes from the Importer: Julien Rousselot initially worked within the socio-cultural sector, but discovered the love of wine after a wine bar was opened in the mid 2000s.
He eventually settled in Rablay-sur-Layon and began apprenticing under winemakers within the region to learn the art of winemaking. In the vineyard, the vines are tended to organically and the vinification process has as little intervention as possible.
