Located in Saint-Bris, just a few miles outside the Chablis appellation, Domaine Goisot is today the joint effort of father and son Jean-Hughes Goisot and Guillaume Goisot. Among Burgundy’s earliest practitioners of biodynamic viticulture, and today his son maintains this arduous commitment.
Farmed biodynamically, their wines have been described as “deep, racy and soil-driven, with as transparent an expression of underlying chalky terroir as any in Chablis proper.”
This Aligote, aged on the lees in stainless steel, is a racy, energetic wine with aromas of lemon custard and peppermint.
